Went to different sites and viewed podcasts and I think it could be a very useful tool for finding information needed. Also visited the Technorati site and could see how the use of tagging makes finding information easier.

Went to site-this seems to work somewhat as adding individual intrests to favorites on a computer. You can easily get to your site.

I was a little apprehensive before I started this program training. I haven't had a lot time spent on the computer for personal use of tools and sites that are available. I visited blogs and have alot of experience at vendor sites for purchases etc. I must say that it presented some trials but for the most part the directions and help from others made it easy enough. I did learn from this and am glad I participated. I can also see for the future of libraries that all staff will need to be trained and ready for the technology changes that are here now and on the horizon.

I looked at ZOHO writer and Google sites and found each to be very user friendly and a good choices to use for documents. It would save time and money needed to purchase these products to install on computers. It's nice to find so many tools available for use.

I went to the Sandbox wiki site and posted an entry on my favorite pasttime-taking tea at my sister's tearoom with my Mom, sisters and daughter Karen.

I use our wiki found on CCPL homepage all the time. I like how easy it is to see progress on our new branch Finksburg, pipeline news and all the team minutes posted. It's a quick and fast access to information.

The future in library services and materials that will be needed is changing. It seems print material will be much more limited and the need for data based and non-print will be the way of the future.

There are so many tools available on the computer to make life easier and more fun. I like the options and really have to work on using them more often. I am using my digital camera more and finding out what uses are available.
